What You’ll Need

  • Network Termination Unit (NTU) installed at your site
  • Ethernet WAN-capable router (BYO or purchase via Untangled)

  • A person over 18 must be present during installation

Important Information

Minimum Term

The minimum term available will depend on the service type, available infrastructure, and other factors, and can range from 1 to 36 months – the Minimum Term to be specified in the contract.

Early Termination Fee

If cancelled during contract, exit fee = Months remaining × monthly charge

Plan Downgrade Fee

If you downgrade to a lower-speed plan, a fee applies: the difference in monthly charge × the number of months remaining.

Fibre Build Contribution

This may apply depending on your location and infrastructure. It will be confirmed during the order process.

Set-up Fees

Installation costs vary depending on location, service type, and contract term. These are disclosed before the agreement is signed.

Cancellation of In-Flight Orders

If you cancel after ordering but before activation:

  • Planning phase: $750
  • Design phase: $2,050
  • Build/predelivery phase: $15,000

Service Relocation

  • Service must be available at the new location
  • Early termination fee applies unless a new contract is signed
  • Customer is responsible for new set-up fees and any fibre build contribution

Bundling

Not required. Business Grade Fibre can be purchased on its own or bundled with optional voice or bolt-on services.

Qualifications

You must agree to Untangled’s business terms and conditions. Services may be restricted and/or cancelled if you:

  • Fail to pay your bill
  • You are abusive to our staff
  • Breach the Fair Use Policy or Terms of Service

Excess Usage

There are no excess usage charges on Business Grade Fibre plans.
