What’s Included
- Included Usage: Unlimited calls, SMS and MMS to Australian mobiles, landlines, voicemail, 12/1300/1800 numbers.
- Data Allowance: Monthly mobile data allowance for use within Australia.
- Speed: Download speeds are capped depending on the plan. Actual speeds may vary based on location, device, network congestion, and other conditions.
- International Roaming: Activated by default. A Day Pack is required to use service in selected destinations.
- Fair Use Policy: The use of this service is governed by a fair use policy that deals with any excessive use.
Important Information
- Casual Month-by-Month Option: No long-term contracts. Plans are billed monthly.
- No Prorate for Plan Disconnection: If disconnected or ported out, there will be no refund for unused days in the billing cycle.
- Porting Your Number: Final invoice includes minimum monthly charge and any usage up to the time of port.
- Data Banking: You can bank unused data up to 500GB or 1,000GB, depending on your plan. Banked data is lost when downgrading.
- Suspended Services: Keep banked data, but do not accumulate more while suspended.
- Peace of Mind Excess Data Charge: If your Data Bank is depleted, speed is capped at 1.5Mbps for the rest of the billing period.
- Account Setup: Standalone and Shared Plans cannot be combined on the same account.
