What’s Included
- Included Usage: Unlimited calls, SMS and MMS to Australian mobiles, landlines, voicemail, and 12/13/1800 numbers.
- Data Pooling: One shared pool per group, supporting up to 300 users.
- International Roaming: Enabled by default. International Day Pack available for selected destinations.
- Fair Use Policy: Applies to all services.
- Speeds: Speeds are capped depending on the plan. Real-world speeds depend on conditions and devices.
- Designed for Teams: Pooling across mobile/data SIMs, 4G and 5G, for flexible setups.
Important Information
- Casual Month-by-Month: No contracts. Plans are billed monthly.
- No Prorate on Disconnection: No refund for unused days after cancellation or port-out.
- Porting Numbers: Final invoice includes the monthly charge and usage until the port date.
- No Data Banking: Data resets each month. No rollover.
- Data Pool Size: Up to 300 users per pool. Additional pools can be added.
- Plan Changes: Switching to shared plans removes prior data entitlements. Best done on the 27th of the month.
- Peace of Mind: If the pool runs out, data speed is capped at 1.5Mbps for the rest of the cycle.
- Account Separation: Shared and standalone plans must be on separate accounts.
